Well, we hope you'll stay and enjoy each moment! You can easily cancel your membership anytime by going to the "My Subscriptions" page https://www.nadiyashahsuperstars.com/account/my-subscriptions
You can cancel all future payments from there, but we suggest you have a look at your PayPal account, where applicable, and make sure you're all cancelled there, feeling certain and comfortable.
★ I'm a Titanium member - when do I get my 15 min Personalized Video Reading with Nadiya?
Personalized Video Readings can be requested after each 12 full months of titanium membership. If you've been a titanium member for 10 consecutive months, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure we get your request sent to Nadiya for your annual 15 min Superstar Personalized Video Reading
★ I'm a Platinum member - when do I get my 30 min Personalized Reading Or Consultation with Nadiya?
Readings or Consultations take place after each 12 full months of Platinum membership. If you've been a Platinum member for 10 consecutive months, reach out to us at email@example.com and we will make sure we book you with Nadiya for your annual Superstar anniversary reading.
★ What's the difference between the Titanium and Platinum memberships Personalized Readings? Are these Live consultations?
Personalized readings for Titanium members are provided in video format, based on birth data and specific questions provided. If you’ve been a Titanium member for 10 consecutive months, reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make sure we confirm your Personalized Horoscope Videoscope with Nadiya for your annual Superstar anniversary reading. You’ll be emailed a form which will ask for birth data and the details for you and anyone else the reading covers, as well as your specific questions you may have. The 15 minute readings, for Titanium members usually cover a single question or a single area of life.
Personalized readings for Platinum members can be provided in video format, based on birth data and specific questions provided. However, it can also be a one-on-one 30 min live session with Nadiya. Readings or consultations for Platinum members will take place after each 12 full months of platinum membership. If you’ve been a platinum member for 10 consecutive months, reach out to us at email@example.com and we will make sure we book you with Nadiya for your annual Superstar anniversary reading or consultation. You’ll be emailed a form which will ask for birth data and the details for you and anyone else the reading covers, as well as your specific questions you may have. The 30 minute readings or consultations for Platinum members cover a more expanded look at your sky, focusing on up to 2 areas of life.
★ My Gold / Titanium / Platinum Membership includes an all access pass to Synchronicity University. What does that mean?
As a Gold, Titanium or Platinum member, you get all access to any live classes taught while you are an active Superstar. This doesn’t include downloads of previous classes or webinars. However, you’ll be automatically enrolled in all Synchronicity University classes and sessions while you are active in your Gold, Titanium or Platinum membership, and like other students, you can join live or watch the replay that will be emailed to you within 48 hours after each class.
★ I have a bronze level membership, how can I still see my special horoscopes?
There are 2 ways for you to enjoy the in depth special horoscope editions Nadiya produces. You can upgrade your membership, and that will give you instant access to all special horoscopes for all signs! It’s a great way to get your fill of Nadiya’s unique insights for you and for those you love.
The other way is to purchase individual special horoscopes. You can do this by navigating to Nadiya’s main website at nadiyashah.com Simply add the special horoscopes you want to your cart, and check out there.
★ I can't figure out this payment stuff- can I just give you my credit card number so you can Sign me up?
We don't process payments or keep any of your financial information. We have no way of approving payments or taking money from your PayPal or Bank accounts. All payments are processed on third party websites, such as PayPal and Stripe. Reach out to us if you need instructions, and we will help where we can, though for specific questions you may want to reach out to your processor of choice, PayPal or Stripe (Credit/Debit Cards)
