FAQ's

★ I'm a Titanium member - when do I get my 30 min LIVE Consultation with Nadiya? 

As a Titanium member for 12 consecutive months, you are entitled to a 30-minute LIVE Consultation with Nadiya. To schedule your annual consultation, as soon as you have reached 12 months as a Titanium member, please reach out to us at contact@nadiyashah.com. We will then send you a form to complete with your birth data and the specific area of life (1 ) you would like to discuss during the consultation. Once you have submitted the completed form, we will ensure that your request is forwarded to Nadiya, and we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time for your LIVE consultation via Zoom. You will receive a recording of your consultation within 48 business hours after, allowing you to revisit the insights and recommendations provided.

** Membership Reactivation Grace Period: Our Titanium tier includes a 30 min annual LIVE Consultation benefit with Nadiya. If your Titanium membership lapses, you will have a 29-day grace period to reactivate it. If you do not reactivate your Titanium membership within this 29-day period, on day 30 you will lose your annual 30 min LIVE Consultation benefit. If you reactivate your membership at any point after the 29-day grace period, you will be required to maintain your Titanium membership ACTIVE for another 12 consecutive months before your annual 30 min LIVE Consultation benefit can be honored again. This means you will need to pay for 12 months of Titanium consecutively before being eligible for an annual 30 min LIVE Consultation with Nadiya.

★ I'm a Platinum member - when do I get my 1 hr LIVE Consultation with Nadiya? 

As a Platinum member for 12 consecutive months, you are entitled to a 1 hour LIVE Consultation with Nadiya. To schedule your annual consultation, as soon as you have reached 12 months as a Platinum member, please reach out to us at contact@nadiyashah.com. We will then send you a form to complete with your birth data and the specific areas of life (2 or more) you would like to discuss during the consultation. Once you have submitted the completed form, we will ensure that your request is forwarded to Nadiya, and we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time for your LIVE consultation via Zoom. You will receive a recording of your consultation within 48 business hours after, allowing you to revisit the insights and recommendations provided.

★ What's the difference between the Titanium and Platinum memberships LIVE Consultations?

LIVE Consultations for Titanium members last 30 minutes, and will be based on birth data provided. This LIVE Consultation will focus on a specific question or area of life provided. If you’ve been a Titanium member for 12 consecutive months, reach out to us at contact@nadiyashah.com. You will then be emailed a form which will ask for your birth data and the details for you and anyone else you want the consultation to include, as well as the specific question or area of life you want Nadiya to cover. Once you send the form back, we will ensure that your request is forwarded to Nadiya, and we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time for your LIVE consultation via Zoom. You will receive a recording of your consultation within 48 business hours after, allowing you to revisit the insights and recommendations provided.

 

LIVE Consultations for Platinum members last 1 full hour, and will be based on birth data provided. This LIVE Consultation will focus on two or more questions or areas of life provided. If you’ve been a Platinum member for 12 consecutive months, reach out to us at contact@nadiyashah.com. You will then be emailed a form which will ask for your birth data and the details for you and anyone else you want the consultation to include, as well as the specific questions or areas of life you want Nadiya to cover.  Once you send the form back, we will ensure that your request is forwarded to Nadiya, and we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable date and time for your LIVE consultation via Zoom. You will receive a recording of your consultation within 48 business hours after, allowing you to revisit the insights and recommendations provided.

★ My Gold / Titanium / Platinum Membership includes an all access pass to Synchronicity University. What does that mean?

As a Gold, Titanium or Platinum member, you will get an all access Pass to any Synchronicity University classes taught live while you are an active Superstar. This doesn’t include downloads of previous classes or webinars. While you are active in your Gold, Titanium or Platinum membership, you’ll be automatically enrolled in all Synchronicity University classes and sessions,  and like other students, you can join live or watch the replay that will be emailed to you within 48 hours after each class. You will also have access to the students area by clicking  "Student Portal" in the Superstar website, where you will find the Zoom links to upcoming classes, recordings, slides, and will be able to download a digital diploma at the end of each program.

★ I have a bronze level membership, how can I still see my special horoscopes?

There are 2 ways for you to enjoy the in depth special horoscopes Nadiya produces. You can upgrade your membership to silver or higher tiers, and that will give you instant access to all special horoscopes for all signs! It’s a great way to get your fill of Nadiya’s unique insights for you and for those you love.

The other way is to purchase individual special horoscopes. You can do this by navigating to Nadiya’s main website at nadiyashah.com Simply add the special horoscopes you want to your cart, and check out there.

★ I can't figure out this payment stuff- can I just give you my credit card number so you can Sign me up? 

We don't process payments or keep any of your financial information due to security reasons. We have no way of approving payments or taking money from your PayPal or Bank accounts. All payments are processed with the help of third party websites, such as PayPal and Stripe. Reach out to us if you need instructions, and we will help where we can, though for specific questions you may want to reach out to your processor of choice, PayPal for payments with PayPal, or Stripe for payments with debit or credit cards.

★ I'm not sure how long I'll stay a Superstar. How can I cancel?

Well, we hope you'll stay and enjoy each moment! You can easily cancel your membership anytime by going to the "My Subscriptions" page https://www.nadiyashahsuperstars.com/account/my-subscriptions

You can cancel all future payments from there, but we suggest you have a look at your PayPal account, where applicable, and make sure you're all cancelled there, feeling certain and comfortable.
